If so, one of these new roles at Business Coaches Yorkshire Ltd. (an ActionCOACH franchise) may be for you. Following a successful first 18 months we are recruiting Business Coaches to join our team.
You will be responsible for working with the owners and directors of SMEs in and around Wakefield to help them grow and develop their businesses to achieve the lives they want. Through coaching, mentoring, teaching, supporting, challenging and holding them to account you will help them to increase their profits and turnover, get their teams working really effectively and free up their time. Your results will be measurable through their business results as well as their feedback.
You will also enjoy responsibility for generating leads for new business owners and directors we will work with in the future and have the opportunity to shape our internal systems to be the most effective possible.
Learning and your personal growth and development is a core part of the role and you must be willing to go the extra mile for yourself, your clients and our business to ensure success.
