My role is to help our clients grow and develop their skills and their businesses – increasing turnover and profit; getting teams working effectively and ultimately freeing up the owners time.

 

Alongside that I set the direction for our business and help the team to deliver their goals.

 

Outside of work – I love skiing and scuba diving, baking, spending time with friends and family and I have a chocolate brown labradoodle called Holly.

My background is in helping Gym’s and Personal Training Businesses increase their clients and their profits.

With a speciality in that area, I’m delighted to focus on, not only achieving the same results with Independent Gym owners and Personal Trainers in Wakefield and West Yorkshire, but applying those skills to work with a multitude of business owners in other industries who’d like to achieve the same results.

I bring to the table a wealth of business to business experience taking a consultative approach. I genuinely love being part of this business and seeing for myself real results from a multitude of local businesses after their coaching sessions with Jenni and Alex!

In and out of work I believe laughter is the best medicine. I’ve recently resumed my love of running and challenge myself weekly with distances to clear my mind to focus on my young family.
