“100% Turnover Increase, Detailed Business Plans, and Switching Off For The First Time in 5 Years”

Jamie Megson of Avail Mortgage Brokers was feeling the pressure of trying to do it all in is business when he got in touch with ActionCOACH Wakefield.

While he had many ideas, he was overwhelmed by trying to take them all on at once, and without detailed plans in place.

Jamie was also keen to find someone that he could run his ideas past. Like many business owners, he struggled with making decisions and changes to the business by himself that could ultimately be costly and ineffective in the long term if they didn’t work.

Turnover has increased by 100% in the last six months, and Jamie has high expectations for the next year.

“I’m expecting to double what we did in 2021, and a big part of that is down to what ActionCOACH have done.”

In addition, Jamie has been able to step away from working IN the business, to spending the majority of his time working ON the business.

“90% of what I do now is on the business, and if it’s 10% (in the business) it’s because I’m choosing to do it, rather than I’m having to.”

It’s not just the business that has benefitted from the coaching. The structural changes Jamie made with the support and guidance of Jenni has given him a much better work/life balance too. He recently took a holiday, and found that he didn’t have to worry about checking emails or taking work calls.
